Found Some Blood on the Floor by mc
Well, here we are again, worrying about Max. It is after 12:00 pm and the vets office is closed now. I am going to give them a call anyway... But, does anyone know what this could be? Max is the kitty that just had the surgery for the crystals in his urine, and he is very nicely healed up now....

The cats are eating better than... by Barry
The humans. So I hear! Have you ever spent more on cat food than your own? Please, don't be afraid to tell the truth here. How many times have I gone in the grocer and went straight for the cat food? Plenty. but I've never spent more money on cat food than I have for my own food.

lethargic kitty followup by Joseph O'Brien
Hello. A few days ago, I posted about my 3 year old cat who had been quite lethargic for a week or two. The vet found that he had a fever and a high white-cell count. Since all other blood and fecal tests turned out OK, the vet thought he most likely was fighting an abscess. The vet gave him a...

Anyone here have personal experience living with a feral cat turned indoor-only cat, long-term? I'm just wondering how the progress went over time. Whether maybe it takes years or longer. How slow is the transition? Do they ever fully recover? By "feral cat" I mean whatever house cat born in the...

Sparky update- gone by [email protected]
Day after Christmas, 9 pm. Sparky made it through Christmas. Not so lucky today. He died about an hour ago. The end was peaceful. He just seemed to fall asleep. I took him from his bed to see if he had to urinate, and I had to hold him up in the litter box. He didn't do anything. I picked him up...
