Tips for cat owners by
eric
Many a time have I wanted to beat the **** out of that furry little
******* that always seems to **** me off. Either by taking a nice warm
**** on my brand new carpet, or decided to use me as a clawing device.
In this small file, I'd like to suggest ways to hurt or **** of the
little ****head that...

Pam update June 6 by
[email protected]
I just got a call from Pam. She wants everyone to know she was
released from the hospital today and is at home. She said she likes
the green grape walls the kids painted and she has her new bed.
She said that Tanada hissed at Wamcee (the pretend cat that Julie
sent) and then ran away. Merlin...

OT/This is sooo funny by
SantaSteeler
Yesterday I was buying a large bag of Purina dog chow for the puppies,
Dallas and Smokey, at Wal-Mart and was about to check out. A woman behind me
asked if I had a dog. On impulse, I told her no, I didn't have a dog, and
that I was starting the Purina Diet again. Although I probably...

Unusual injury from a cat by
Lesley
I got up this morning and couldn't see either of the Furballs so I
went into the living room and there they were both out for the count-
last night I made ham sandwiches for tea and then since we have guests
tonight, to save time I did sandwiches for them, yes, I spent much of
Xmas night in the...

We Two are Three by
John A
It's the Dynamic Duo's third Purrday today (not sure which one's Batman
and which is Robin!). Lots of cuddles and plenty of meezer mischief, so
just like any other day really.
Any thoughts that they are going to give up the hoolikitten act are
clearly misplaced. I know I wouldn't really want it...

The second second day by
Yowie
Today is Fluffy's "Second Day" in the "three days you'll remember of your
pet". Where once youth was, there is age. Where there was once clumsiness
due to overinthusiastic puppyhood there's careful and considered movement.
Oh her eyes are still bright, her tail is still gyrating in mad sweeping...

BigBoy is 14 today by
bigboy
I'm wishing my BigBoy a happy, healthy 14th birthday. He is 28 pounds
of lovable Maine Coon mix. He was dumped 7 - 8 years ago and we took
him in - he is a joy to have in the house. He's one of my orange
boys. I'm praying that he and Princess who will be 14 the 18th of
July live long healthy...

Boyfriend's bedroom by
Christina Websell
It's his refuge so I rarely disturb him if he is sleeping there but suddenly
he doesn't want to go there and is down in the house with me all the time.
As this is very unusual I decide to examine his bedroom. He's horked a
hairball up on the rug. When I remove it and clean up, he's back in there...

We really MUST be catslaves... by
Karen AKA Kajikit
We were watching Top Design tonight and one of the designers did a
room for an artist who said her best friend was her cat... so he
decided to put in a cat-walk around the room and a lovely big cat tree
etc. so that they'd both be happy... anyway, the judges weren't
impressed - first they asked why...

Usenet Joe
Remember the "mom'isms" that shaped your childhood? (Yes, I realize some of
you adults are still being shaped by mom.) Confused about what I am
referring to? Take a peek at my list:

Anal-retentive me OT by
jmcquown
I'm leaving town on Wednesday to hook up with my LLL for 5 or 6 days. Being
the anal-retentive sort I am I've got an Excel spreadsheet "checklist" of
things to do before I go.
My problem is, I keep adding things to the checklist. For example, we are
going to be staying in a "dry county". For...

Hot spots? by
C Schmidt
Hello-
My 9yo DSH calico, Sallie, has a spot under her right forearm (forepaw?)
that she has licked bald. There is no apparent sign of an abcess or injury.
I think some people call this a "hot spot"? It's about 1 1/2" inches
across.
I have no problem taking her to the vet; my problem is, I...

Ping Tanada by
Gracecat
Ok Pam, I'm in the middle of reading Asprins' Myth series with Aahz, Skeeve
and Tanda. Well Tanda's full name is Tananda, which of course made me
wonder *but* I knew Tanada didn't have that extra "n".
Sooooo, where'd the name come from?
Grace
PS: Welcome home Simeon!!!!!!!!

A woman is enjoying a game of gowf with her girlfriends one day.
"Oh, no! I have to rush home and fix dinner for my husband! He's been

not ready on time."
When she gets home, she realizes she doesn't have enough time to go...

Dennis hadn't eaten but had he drunk something? Lots of peanut stuff over
there and those allergies can develop literally over night. Happened to a
friend in college that way and ended up being peanuts. I mean, there could
be residue on a glass or something? I hope he finds out soon. I'd hotfoot...
