Lilly has been sprung from jail & is liberated by
sheelagh
Wow, what a day it has been...All the action kicked off @ 9.30am when
the vet turned up for work. Both Paul & I were waiting for her because
we were determined to sort out what was going to happen to poor old
Lilly over the weekend as we were already aware that there would be no
one there to care...

How do you spoil your kitty? by
LauraM[_2_]
I'm just curious...how do you spoil your cat(s)?? It's fun to hear
how others dote on their furry friends. For me, I put Hobbes on his
back in my lap (which he loves) and pet his tummy while I'm kissing
his ears. He literally "squeaks" (kind of a half-snore) with delight
and will not get down...

Will this feral become friendly? by
suitta
Hi everyone,
I've had this feral femal cat living in my back yard. Looooong story short.
We fed her. She hung around. We trapped her and had her fixed. That was a
month ago. Still hanging around. Problem...landlords return soon. Won't
tolerate another cat even one that just hangs outside. ...

Need advice on first aid for cuts by
Henry
In trying to cut out severe hair mats from my longhaired cat on
Saturday, even though I thought I had safely inserted a comb under the
mat, I ended up snipping out a chunk of his skin smaller than a dime.
I'm pretty certain it was only the first layer (the hide), and it did
not bleed much. He does...

What Are The Cats Doing? by
Tom Choad
They will hop on the bed, purring. Then they will start moving their
paws up and down. Not really scratching/sharpening but more gently.
Years ago my mom had a cat that did this too but only on a pink
blanket or my sister's pet stuffed pig. And she would suck on it too.
It was kinda...

pooping at all...
For the past two days, nothing. I'm calling the vet this morning but I
was hoping that one of you fine people might have some...

Jumper won't go down by
Ruby Tuesday
Hi,
I have a Siamese kitten (6 months), who now can jump up on my dresser and
dining table. My problem is this: at night, when I'm ready to go to
sleep, he wakes up (from having slept through most of the the day), goes and
does some stuff, then jumps up on my dresser. I wouldn't ordinarily...

Food question by
Stan Brown
Please, I just want information, not to ignite a religious argument
between the wets and the drys.
The vet told me Milo was getting a little chunky because his dry food
(Purina Indoor) contained too little protein. Thus to get enough
protein he ate too much of it, getting too many carbs and...

Advantage vs Frontline by
Michael Lane
I know you get four applications + Advantage is a little cheaper, I was
just wondering what everyone uses & why one over the other. Since I have
five cats it can get expensive .
thanks
