It's a bag AND a box! by
jmcquown
There's a box in one of those Christmas gift bags. The bag contains a box
with a porcelain tea set my oldest brother gave me last Christmas. And the
box is in a bag. So after a year of it sitting here (I didn't have any
place to store them.) Persia decided hmmm, it's a bag and it has ribbons...

She's so helpful by
Bridget
I have neglected my aquariums for a bit now so the algae got a bit deep
and the plants are neglected and I have a bit of excess energy today and
got irritated I couldn't see the fish so I took the tops off and started
scraping. I waited a bit long, so it is a bigger than usual job and I
am taking...

Another one; possible Guiness World Record ;-) by
Knack
It seems that about every other year a cat story like this makes the news.
Usually it occurs in some NYC apartment. Not this time though...

Paging Baha! by
Stormin Mormon
Dear Baha,
I have tried phone calls to your machine. Emails bounce. Getting hard to
get a hold of you.
As I remember, you've got some computer parts. My friend Kath is
scheduled to get out of the nursing home in "a couple weeks". And I'd like
to build her something so she can also search the news...

XMas Card List 2nd Edition by
Jeanne Hedge
I just received the 2nd edition of the Christmas card list. Pam noted
some differences from the first, but missed noting that my address is
on the 2nd edition is because of an address change.
I'm going to be moving soon, and to save on the amount of mail I'll
have forwarded I asked Pam to change...

Update on Ping/Mimi is a butterball by
Magic Mood Jeep©
Ping seems to be making himself at home more and more every day. He's
getting that kitten-energy back, playing with the occasional mousie and
wailing on the TED doll (yes I have one - it's ancient, dirty (I've washed
it and all that cat-slobber is on it permanently), and I managed to find
another...

We were saved....... by
Mischief
I had a rough evening last night so my roommate decided to treat me to
pizza, which I have not had in over a month
We ate in the living room, and I grabbed roll of paper towels. Now
this roll had previously been in my roommate's bedroom, and had been
found partially shredded. Guess it was deemed...

Strange defense behaviour! by
rachel polanskis
The other night, Cleo Carrington Smith reacted in a strange
way to something my partner Robert did.
As a back story, I have a "flying carpet" that I sit on to watch TV,
as I don't like sitting in chairs. I am a "floor dweller" and
Cleo Carrington Smith has got quite used to me doing this and...

CALL 911! Wait - it's just the cat by
TBird
The other night, as we lounged on the couch quietly watching TV, Sweetie
came tearing down the stairs at light speed, turned hard to avoid slamming
herself into the kitchen cabinets, did a Bugs Bunny claw burnout on the
tiles (why they weren't flying loose behind her and hitting the fridge, I'm
not...

Don't do that! by
O J
As I write this, there is a very contented cat being a wrist rest for
my right hand. It makes it 7478 sort of hard to type. Well, now
she's laying on my right hand and I'm typing under her -- it's a
little easier.
I can't deny my dear twenty year old Lady Jane Grey anything today,
she gave me...

Rock 'n roll cat by
Hans Schrøder
How about this? One of my two Devon Rex cats, Teti, found a new way of
having a good time this morning.
We were playing as usual, me trying to catch him, him running two feet ahead
of me until he surrendered and asked to be picked up and cuddled. But today
was different. "Great Balls of Fire" with...

Vet Tech Journals 14 by
Mischief
Arrrrrrrggh, the daily grind. I hate to say it, but ever since school
started back up again, there haven't been that many animals. In one
sense that's good, you don't have a ton of dogs to walk. On the other
hand it gets quite boring after a while.
Then I'm finding myself trying to find...
