American Workwear Setting New Trends Everyday
Celebrities go all out at the moment to shield their babies from the
press and protect their anonymity. You only have to look at the
extreme actions of Michael Jackson and his veiled children to see that
sometimes they can go to extremes. Now the veils...

Amitryptilline has changed our lives! by
J1Boss
OMG - I have my house back again, and I can sleep through the night (ok, other
things do keep me awake sometimes!).
Carey has been off phenobarbital and prednisone for a few weeks, and has been
on amitryptilline for about 10 days. We have had no more nighttime (and random
other times)...

Amlodipine (Norvasc) for treating kidney failure / eye problems? by
Cat Person
I'm aware that a few years ago a drug company was doing a study on the
effectiveness of Amlodipine in cats to treat kidney failure.
Amlodipine is (I believe) a treatment for high blood pressure, and
perhaps a reduction in blood pressure (even in cats with normal blood
pressure?) might be the...

Amoxicillin dangerous to Cats? by
a.draper
This morning as I was rushing off to work I knocked over my bottle of
amoxicillin. I thought I picked them all up, but when I came home at lunch I
found a partially dissolved gelcap in the cat's water dish. It must have
bounced there. I don't know if it dissolved enough to release any of the...

Amy and Emma by
Alan Illeman
We got two kittens from the animal shelter about three
years ago. They are sisters and we named them Emma
and Amy. They chase each other when playing, but
otherwise often sleep together.
We take them outside in our fenced garden, wearing
harnesses and short leads. Yesterday they were both
sitting...

An ego-crushing cat! by
Ajanta
I have mentioned that a cat visits us regularly and I feed her. Usually
she comes and waits in our 3rd floor back porch, even likes to come in
the house and watch TV for a while. Today I had a hilarious
ego-crushing experience wtih her!
I was about to shower when I went to my porch and saw she was...

An interesting article from a cat lover's site on eating cats. by
James
http://www.messybeast.com/eat-cats.htm
"Is it right for cat-loving countries to impose their cultural values
on cat-eating societies?"
"Cat has also been eaten in Britain. During wartime rationing, cats
found their way into "rabbit" stews/pies and hence earned themselves
the nickname...

An Interview with Jerry Howelle by
look at us we're beautiful
I think Jerry has a serious speech impediment. That's what those large
blobs of ink really are.
Jerry has less life than anyone
think about it, he spends all that time typing.

an odor problem by
[email protected]
I have two kittens, 9 months and 6 months old, respectively. The older
kitten smells fine, but I've noticed the younger kitten's head always
smells like... well... ass.
I bathe and shampoo the younger kitten ever few weeks as a result. But
I am wondering if this is quite common and if there is...

Ana is MUCH better! by
KellyH
Ana appears to be recovering nicely from her ordeal. Her appetite is back
big-time, and today she's been up and moving around. She's very lovey and
purry. I still have her in the bathroom, as my house has a lot of steps and
I don't want her playing too hard with the other cats. We have a...

Ana Update by
KellyH
The woman who was supposed to look at Ana today never showed. I called
after waiting for half an hour, wasn't home, left a message. If she calls
back, she's not getting Ana. The weather was crappy today, but she could
have at least called.
We are discussing the possibility of keeping Ana. ...

anaesthetic by
Doreen Page via CatKB.com
Was wondering if anyone out there has had a problem with anaesthetic with
their cats or kittens. My son had his two kittens neutered last Friday.
Female ok male has been left with blindness. This kitten was a perfectly
healthy cat until then. Could not walk or eat for more than 24hrs...
