Question about lactating cat by
Nord Stjern
I trapped a stray this morning, who is still lactating. I was unable
to locate the kittens to determine how old they are - but it must
either be a small litter, or they are already older, as she is only
lactating from two or three of her mammary glands. The cat is
currently at the vet, they agreed...

kitten season again by
Mogie
How heartless can people be to allow their cats to reproduce over and over
again. Now I know why I like the company of animals better then most humans.

ethics followup: Not the same cat by
Brian Link
My wife and I went with great trepidation down to the rec center where
the neighborhood kid had seen the "missing cat" poster.
It wasn't the stray we've adopted. Much ado about nothing.
Well, maybe not nothing. It got me worked up again about how careless
some folks are with their pets. We...

stray cat by
Easy
There is this stray female cat that came up. She was trying to eat a
apple that my wife had put out for the squirrels. She was fighting
the fire ants for the food. She was terrified of anyone. She would
run if I got within 50 feet of her. I fell in love with her. I
started feeding her. ...

A few kitten questions... by
Jim Wild
We have had a stray kitten living in our shed at work for the last month
or so. She appears to be about 2 months or less. A couple pounds maybe.
I started feeding it kitten food and giving her water in a bowl a couple
weeks ago. She didn't seem to be starving because of the fact that she
was not...

What to Do - Abandoned Kitty by
Curtis Fox
A number of weeks ago, we found this very little kitty meowing in our
backyard by our shed. It looks like the offspring of a wild cat we had
living under our shed last winter (Minnesota, can wild cats survive the
winters here?). Days passed and the kitty was looking very thin and weak so
we...
