Cat Pregnancy Questions? by
Skye
Hi,
I'm hoping someone can answer these questions!
These are two different cats:
1. Generally speaking, how old can a queen be and still be going into
heat and producing offspring? In other words, please God, is there
such a thing as feline menopause??? :-/

SO Angry! by
Kalyahna
Okay. So I get home from work today, looking forward to having a functioning
kitchen light for the first time in a couple of months. I was a little
confused because it was a ceiling fan, not a replacement of the fluorescent
thing that had been up there. And then I looked around and notice...

Cats and Hot weather by
dgk
It looks like I'll be moving from New York City to Florida within two
months - assuming all goes well with the house sale. My three cats are
used to going into my fenced in backyard, but for a few months (at
least) they'll have to stay inside once we get to Florida. I won't
have a fenced in yard...

Why do cats lick when their spines are scratched? by
Alex Martin
I have two cats that I live with (one is mine, the other my roommate's,
though they are siblings). When I scratch on either one's spine, they
seem to feel a desperate need to lick something, including the air, my
hand, themselves, or a random nearby object.
Does anyone know why they do this and...

2 cats need home for 6 months by
John Moran
Hi there
We are planning a 6 month trip around the world
and have 2 very cute cats who, at the moment, we
can't find a home for.
We were wondering if there was some kindly
soul - preferably in the south London area - who
would be willing to look after them while we are
away. We will of course...

KITTY LITTER DUST by
Dennis
Just became a cat owner a few months ago and thought I had done all my
homework on the pros and cons of owning a cat, but there's always something
you miss. In my case, it's the dust from the kitty litter that has settled
over everything in my home. Is there anything that can be done to...

Cuty Boy the Counting Persian by
Anna M.
At last an explanation!
Cuty Boy is a much publicised cream Persian from Bar Dubai whose alleged
passion and talent for arithmetic was discovered when he was a kitten. It is
claimed that he can add, divide, multiply, subtract, find square roots and
solve algebra problems. His owner, Hema Mohan...

Shy men and pets... by
Meow
Hi,
do you have pets?
I think if girls see that you are nice to pets, they'll assume that you'll
be nice to kids and they will like you.

Best cat breeds for catching spiders? by
AL_n
I'm thinking of acquiring a cat, and am considering which breeds would be
suitable. I'm a spider phobic, so a cat that would eradicate spiders from
my house would be a particular favourite.
Other qualities that I'd value:
1) affectionate
2) talkative
3) clean
4) no tendency to molt heavily

How much space for a cat? by
Tristan Miller
Greetings.
I am considering getting a kitten to keep my little ferret company while I'm
at work. From what I read, cats and ferrets usually get along just fine
provided that they're introduced at an early age. My only concern is that
my apartment might be too small. I have only one largeish...
