A bit worried about Scooter by
dgk
Scooter has been scratching his head, a lot. He did it a few months
ago and I got some liquid to sqirt in his ears (that went over well)
and an antibiotic ointment to put in his ears. Mostly I stick a cloth
with the liquid and antibiotic on it and clean his ears out as best I
can.
It got better...

A blanket of thoughts to all by
BfloPolska
It has apparently been a while since I was able to be seen, and want
to extend months of purrs to those who are most in need, and sincerest
condolences to Kilikini's family and to Steve Touchstone's also. And
to the little ones who are presently AWOL, gett your furry little
butts home before your...

A Blanket Thank You by
Kyla =^. .^=
I just want to say thank you to all those that responded to my posts about
what I'm doing wrong and for the nice e-mails I've gotten. I''ve read the
replies here and don't want to hiss people off by responding to each one.
But, your advice is most appreciated, and helpful:)
I'm still fairly new...

A BLESSING by

The Universe may, on a casual whim
Wreak fear and dismay, with calamities drim
Yet your spirit will soar like a lofty balloon
Because Hope intervenes, not a moment too soon

A box in the mail by
jmcquown[_2_]
I got a box in the mail yesterday from my LLL. It wasn't actually for me,
it was for Persia. Persia absolutely loved his leather sandals. She'd roll
around on them, sniff them, push them around, then fall asleep next to them.
You see where this is going, right?
Yep! He sent her his old...

A breakthrough for Billy by
Pat
I was swabbing out Abelard's ears a while ago when Billy got up on the sofa
next to us to watch. As soon as Abelard was finished, Billy pushed his way
in and *asked* me to swab out his ears (which didn't need to be swabbed at
all) just for the *pleasure* of it.
But this was just the beginning...

A Breakthrough for Spotty by
Steve Touchstone
.... came today when I got home from mowing. I opened up the bedroom
door to let the cats mingle. Spot ran into the bedroom to see want the
other girls were up to like she normally does. Usually Spot approaches
Sammy and they do a long distance nose sniff - maybe 4-6 inches away,
and then Sammy...

A breakthrough! by
jmcquown
Persia let me hold her front paw! She's normally so skittish about me
touching her paws, I was skeptical. But she always reaches out to touch me
and so I gently took her paw in my hand. This time she let me! Without
yanking it away. She even licked my hand. AWWWW. What a sweet baby...

A breakthrough! by
jmcquown
It's thundering outside and has been pouring down rain. Persia did her
usual hide in the closet thing. But it seems she decided "What the heck, if
Mom can stand it so can I". So she spent about 10 minutes on my lap as I
read some posts, then she jumped down and is currently meatloafing by...

A brief encounter-potential TW (Love is never OT) by
Stormin Mormon
I had a small something barely similar to this a couple weeks ago.
Some folks from church were helping a lady move. The lady had several
d-g, and one was loose to run around. At the house move were six or
seven adults, one had brought his 9 year old son. Towards the end of
the work, I opened a...

A brief history of my cats.... by
Gandalf
My effort to increase 'legitimate' RPCA posts. (A lot of this has been
posted before, quite along time ago.)
I had Lucky for less than a year or so when I decided to get a kitten.
(I got Blizzard when she was far too young to be weaned, but I didn't
know better back then. She had worms and ear...

A Brush With Death... by
Azy
Hi everyone!
For those of you who enjoy Housecat Wisdom, this week's agony session
is in answer to a question submitted by one of the HCW Reader's Group
members: "What do you think of having your teeth brushed?" Check it
out! Mr. Fleez' response may actually surprise you. ::grin::
Cheers,

A bundle of joy... by
~*LiveLoveLaugh*~
I just got out of a 3 week hospital stay yesterday. Last night, I went to
bed early and woke up once throughout the night to find all four cats curled
around me in various positions.
A bundle of joy I can't even begin to describe. God, it's good to be home.

A busy day! by
[email protected]
It's obviously been a busy day for everyone, because I can see several
cats crashed out on sofas and cat beds and I can hear 4 cats doing
cute kitty snores. Cara is asleep in the hall and I can hear her
snoring upstairs!!
Clearly there has been a lot going on that I don't know about!

A busy time for all.... by

Nancy and the kitties and I are going to be very busy for several weeks,
so we aren't going to be able to post a whole lot for a while. Please
know that we are purring nonstop for Rob, and for both surgery patients,
and that I'm going to at least scan the newsgroup every few days to see
who...
