opening up and it is pouring down rain every single night!
I have not trapped during these nights because I didn't know how
effective it could be...
....but now I'm desperate to get my cat back, and I am...

....CAT STORIES NEEDED !!! .... by
EADGBE
As you all may know by now, I have given up actively looking for my
beloved lost cat Albert.
I am putting out a buffet of different cat foods every night, however.
If Albert is out there, I am hoping that there might be a SLIM chance
that he will start to make our house a regular stop in his...

ALBERT: It's Time To Let Him Go................... by
EADGBE
Tonight I sit down to write a message that, somehow, I knew I was
eventually going to write, even though I have dreaded it: I am
officially abandoning my search for Albert, my beautiful indoor-only
cat, who disappeared from my house on July 16 after my wife left the
back door unlocked and our...

Yes...It IS Possible To Trap In The Rain!!! by
EADGBE
After pondering how to leave a trap set up in the rain, I came up with
a VERY simple and effective solution!
If you have a medium to large size pet carrier, take the door off (this
shouldn't be hard to do).
Then, simply slide the trap inside the pet carrier! (Of course, you
should be sure that...

QUESTION: How "TYPICAL" Is My Lost Cat????????????? by
EADGBE
Hello, All:
This is my first post here, and I'm sad because it concerns my lost
cat, Albert.
I have been doing a LOT of reading online about lost cat behavior, and
judging from what I've read, I do NOT think that Albert is a "typical"
lost cat...but I would like to know if I'm wrong about...

stray cat by
Easy
There is this stray female cat that came up. She was trying to eat a
apple that my wife had put out for the squirrels. She was fighting
the fire ants for the food. She was terrified of anyone. She would
run if I got within 50 feet of her. I fell in love with her. I
started feeding her. ...

How to get her in our house by
Easy
Hi,
I need some advise. I rescued a female cat (Alice) in September. I
had her spayed and all her shots. She is staying outside. She sleeps
on the back porch where it is warm. she has a cat door so she can go
in and out.
We have a female cat (Rosie) that allows us to live with her. ...

Thanks to all those who recommended Petfinder! by
Eileen Lei
I wish I could thank you in a personal email, but I no longer have your email
address. I wrote about a month ago asking for advice about 2 kittens I found
and needed to place in a good home. I got the advice to place online classified
ads. They really worked out for me! I found a GREAT home with a...

That Does It - Cats are Morons! by
Electric Nachos
I kicked out mother cat because the dumb bitch keeps trying to kill her
kittens. (She killed 2 litters already so far.) So she's outside begging and
purring and clawing (a GLASS window, mind you) to get back in just so she
can sit on the little ****ers and smother them to death!
Cats SUCK. And...

Our new Itty Bitty Kitty by
ell_wendy
I love her... She is six weeks old and my two year old son named her "Two
Ears" . She is really good natured already, and healthy. some day I hope to
convince her to not claw the lazy boy. Time will tell. She is just being a
normal kitten. Any suggestions though?

trying to catch stray kittens by
[email protected]
Hi,
I noticed last week some kittens venturing from the crawlspace under my
apartment. I put out a squirrel trap with tuna for a day but didn't
catch anything. In fact, I found the big white cat sniffing it but not
even trying to go in (he probably wouldn't fit).
I just saw the kittens...

Feral kitty sleeps in litterbox by
Evan
THREE days ago we took a feral female cat (about 1yr old) to be
tested/vaccinated/spayed. We've been working with her outside for about
5 months.
In the beginning we'd only see her once a week or so, and she always
ran away. After she decided to follow us when we walk our dog, come
when called,...

Nursing kitten problem by
EzySpirit
Hi,
I'm a volunteer with a rescue group. A few days ago we took in a mom kitty
who was VERY pregnant. The day after she arrived she delivered 4 darling
little kittens.
It's probably her first litter so she's new to being a mom. Her foster
parent
is concerned because mom kitty is allowing the...

Rescue Group Vet Discounts by
EzySpirit
Hi,
I work with a small pet rescue group. The vets in our area are talking
about making changes to the way they discount our bills. Currently
they offer 25% off the price of services like spay/neuter, surgery,
office visits, etc. No discounts on RX food, medication or tests.
May I ask some of...
