Best cat food. by
Graham
I have taken my 4 month old kitten to the vets (vets 4 pets - UK) and they
suggest that the Hills science plan is the best kitten/cat food you can buy
at the moment.
Has anyone else tried this and what did you think to it?
I know the 'vets 4 pets' is a big company but I was just thinking that...

Sick Baby Girl by

My cat is 11 years old and very muched love. Recently, over the last month she has lost a lot of weight and spends much of her tim sleeping. A trip to or Vet and an X-ray proved that she had a large growth that could not be operated on.
We don't think she is in pain, but are not sure.
We know the...

Can cats digest bones? by
Ablang
Last night, I was polishing off a KFC 2-pc original thighs &
drumstick. I decided to let my cat have the drumstick since it had some
skin on it and some cartilage. I saw her pull the drumstick off the plate
and put it on the floor, working on the cartilage on the drumstick. I went
back to...

Anybody heard of this? by

My sister and her hubby adopted a pregnant (unbeknownst to them) female cat
a couple years ago. She had five kittens, they kept 2 and gave away three.
2 of those three went to one home and when the little-old-lady who adopted
them passed away my sister and her hubby took those two cats back in...

Cute cat, cute photos. Please don't post them here. Photos should
only be posted in binaries newsgroups. Post your cat photos in the
alt.binaries.pictures.animals newsgroup and we'll be happy to go there
to look at them. Well, some of us will.
Cheers,

Will Lion dung keep away coyotes? by
Cindy Compton
I lost 1 cat (9 year old feral orange tabby) to coyotes last week. I
have 2 other cats. I always bring my cats into the house before
nightfall. But that feral cat stayed out 1/2 hour longer, now she is
gone. My neighbor saw 3 coyotes in his backyard right at that same time
(7:15 pm).
I have...

1. Sticky Tape
2. Noise
3. Smell - The aroma of oranges will also keep him from returning to the
scene of the crime. Simply hang an orange peel at the site and watch him
run away.

Containment systems suitable for cats? by

I have two teenaged cats who have been indoor-only their whole lives;
however, I recently moved to a house that has a nice, enclosed patio
that they love to play in.
Unfortunately, the fence, though quite high, is made of latticed wood.
They haven't scaled it yet, but there are cats that sit...
