Caring for dogs by
Loving Pets
I am 8 months pregnant and recently my dog started acting very
strange. At first she started sleeping in the bed, right beside me, on
my pillows like a person would. And now in the past few days she has
started whining all the time if I don't constantly sit with her.
Yesterday she started walking...

Cats and Seasonal Affective Disorder? by
[email protected]
Hello everyone. I'm hoping someone can give insight into this
situation.
I have two cats, both females, both spayed, both roughly 9 years old.
And every year, as long as I can recall, it's the same old thing. My
little tiger girl is a perfectly sweet and happy cat in spring and
summer, and gets...

Sammy Update by
CatNipped
The vet, last night, said she was still running a slight temperature and her
breathing and heart rate were up. She lost an additional .20 pounds in just
two day since the last vet visit (again, *WAY* too much for a cat to be
losing), but she wasn't severely dehydrated as I feared she might be. ...

Cat Scratch Fever (not the song) by
dabanana1 via CatKB.com
Does anyone know anything about cat scratch fever?? My older brother just got
back from the ER and was told that he has it. Apparently last Sunday he was
horse playing with Lucky and got bit and scratched by him. Throughout the
week a cut on his arm by his wrist started to worsen and become very...

Ridding Neighborhood Cat from Yard by
Arubalisa
We have an obviously well fed, friendly cat sitting directly outside
our sliding glass door wanting to come in. The problem is that he is
not our cat. We have 7 cats already and our house is full to the
maximum.
The cat will come right up to us, so we are pretty darn sure he
belongs to someone....

cats + plastic bags by
Elizabeth Blake
I'm not talking about shopping bags. I know cats can get in trouble with
those and I always put them away when I bring something home in one. I'm
talking about food stored in plastic bags. Isaac is insane over any food
product I stupidly leave out if it's in plastic. I'm not sure if...

Kelly
Hi all,
So I was the one that posted about my recently neutered 1 and a half year
old male that would not stop howling and meowing. So he is now boarding at
my work (vet clinic).
Today we let him out to walk around the clinic ... first of all, whenever he
found himself alone, he would start to...

My kitten's cat-sonality by
Don Liu
I just got two kittens: from same litter, both female, they are just
over 10 weeks now. It is quite interesting to watch them play. But I
found they seem to have different cat-sonality.
They are both demestic medium hair, but one's hair is longer than the
other. The longer hair kitten is also...
