Digital bath scale for people as well as cats? by RPSinha
Both I and my cat need a weighing scale and I was wondering if we could get by with one. For myself, I don't require analysis of water, fat, bone, etc.; accurate and consistent weight readings would do. Good readable display etc. For the kitty, I was thinking it should be accurate to 0.1 lbs....

Walmart is selling cats! by ---MIKE---
Don't get upset - they are not live cats. They are full size, pure white and are very realistic. They open their mouths to meow, purr, move their heads and roll their eyes. I don't think they eat or use the litter box. I was tempted but they are $40. ---MIKE--- In the...

Matthew asked: something like this http://www.figis.com/gifts/offer.asp?offe rID=110904&categoryID=671&subcat=0 The picture wouldn't load but based on the description it is just an inactive stuffed cat. The Walmart cat is a very active robot.

Behavior issue after spay by [email protected]
Hello. I recently took my cat to an animal hospital and got her shots & spayed. After the surgery, she has had an issue with peeing outside the litter box. She still goes in the litter most of the time. Is it possible that the issue is related to the surgery? Any help appreciated. Thanks, Paul

Port Authority of NY-NJ killing cats by dgk
http://www.newsday.com/news/local/newyork/am-cats1031,0,2800779.story It's really absurd. The cats kill the mice and rats that attract bird, and kill the birds themselves. You would think that they would want more cats.

Fireman saves cat by giving mouth to mouth CPR by stonej
Saw this on the news this morning, a fireman in Pennsylvania saved a cat who was suffering from smoke inhalation by rubbing its belly and giving it mouth to mouth CPR. A big thanks to the fireman, I have never seen that done to an animal before.

Most of you know me from me posting here over the last - who knows how many years. I don't give up easily and I don't advocate drastic measures. But I am at the end of my rope with Mimi. Mimi is my tortie I have had since she was 7 weeks, and she's 17.5 now. Off and on over the last 5 or 6...

Baby Cat by ANTHONY DIODATI
I have a little female kitten, she is about 6 months old. I am wondering if you think she will grow out of this. The problem is, any time I go downstairs or out side to work on something, she constantly carries on crying for me to come back in. As soon as I come in, she is fine. But it is very very...

A question about mixing different foods by RPSinha
I would like my cat not to get hooked on just one brand/flavor, but eat a few. Which of the following is the best way to mix two flavors A and B in her diet? She eats twice a day: 1. Feed a little bit of A and a little bit of B each meal. 2. Feed A in the morning, B in the evening.
