Another Hartz poisining by
Karen Chuplis
There is a class action suit (or was) out there. Check into it. Do not
except "compensation" from the company. That is how this has gone on so
long. They offer to pay your vet bills. This is at the bottom of the
Vetcentric page:
If you think your cat has suffered a reaction to a Hartz Advanced...

Keeping kitty indoors? by
Michael Kelly
Hello all. My wife and I just adopted a four month old kitten from a
local animal shelter. She's been good so far, eating good and using the
litter box when she needs to. My question is, our kitten is starting to
yearn for the outdoors now. She'll sometimes sit at the door and
meow. . Is...

Pet Ecology Brands? by
Catman
Does anyone know anything about the company Pet Ecology Brands out of
Dallas and Ft. Worth?
They are selling stock and yet I have never seen their cat litter
products in any pet or grocery stores.
Anyone have any experiences with these people and their products?
Good or bad?

I believe that someone on this list has stated the pet food industry
and the ingredients used in these products was regulated by various
government agencies. The prime agency mentioned was the USDA/FSIS.
I disputed this fact and to be sure I had the information correct I
contacted this department....

Can anyone offer any help in diagnosis of my cat?
About 2 months ago I found out my 13 year old male cat had renal

Hi,
I'm giving my cat flagyl once a day for 2 weeks. Right now I'm on day

I was partially successful). My cat Will Not Be Pilled. And I have 12
more days of this??
I'm wondering if the drug will still be effective if I...

Potentially Sick Cat. Do you think I should go to the Vet? by
Bill
I have a 16 YO female cat that has gotten somewhat lathargic - but not
completly so - over the last couple of days, she seems to be uninating more
and not eating, and her ears sometimes feel a little cold. The obvious thing
is to take her to the vet but I'm a little reluctant to do that for...

Raw Meat? by
Mr. Nangla
Hey,
What's your opinions about feeding raw meat to your cats, as I saw that
'**sozzy**' gave lamb to one of her cats? Suggestions, cautions and tales
would be great!

Can lightning strike 3 times? :( by
Betsy
After an expensive bout of pancreatitis for Beau the epileptic dog, and a
mammary tumor removal for Secondo the cat (who knows what that will
ultimately entail) I have noticed the Willie the 13 year old tabby is losing
weight.
I don't think it is as simple as tapeworm or parasite, although it...

What's a typical dental prophy? by
Lily Fern
Hi everyone,
About 5 years ago I took in a stray cat, my first pet ever, so I'm
pretty inexperienced at dealing with vets, etc. I take her in
annually for a physical and any necessary vaccinations, etc. As best
I can figure she is between 9-12 years old.
Two years ago she had dental prophy...

Cat Vomiting Undigested Dry Food by
Kailey11
My senior cat has started vomiting undigested/unchewed dry food. It happens on
a daily basis. For one week, I only fed him canned food and he did not vomit.
But with 3 other cats, it is a problem not to have any dry food available when
I am at work. He seems to feel fine. He keeps down canned food...
