Sims question. OT by
Don & Lisa
I have been reading your posts about Sims. It sounds interesting, but when I searched to find out more, I found about a hundred different Sims products. I did see that Unleashed brought pets into the fold, but what would be the best for the first one? Does it play all day like a screen saver? Also,...

Gizmo TED Update by
Gizela
Well, she is still at TED and they haven't done the teeth yet. They just
rang to let me know that she is going OK and wants cuddles all the time!!
(typical...she's like that at home too).
I pick her up at 4.00. I shall let you now how she gets on tomorrow. TED
reckons I wont even know she had...

Me again on Sims. OT by
Don & Lisa
I found The Sims Deluxe Edition on Amazon.com for $20.00. It is the lowest price by far. The description sounds like it has several things to get going with. What do you think?
Thanks, Lisa.

Keep your paws crossed by

Dave Gerecke is on his way home, even as I write. He is taking the bus
to St. Louis, then flying to Los Angeles via Denver. We are going to
try once more to touch base at LAX. Wish us luck! ;-)

No tree this year by
Victor Martinez
We drove by the lot selling x-mas tree yesterday. We usually get our
tree after thankgiving or the first week of december. Even though we are
not christians, we love putting up a tree and decorating it with the
many ornaments we've accumulated over the years. Given the pagan origins
of the tree...

Ping Mary in LA by
LOL
I was watching the squirrels outside my office today and could hear
them making a noise I'd never heard before. It wasn't the usual
bark/chatter they make at me whenever I am out in the yard, picking up
"their" pecans; it was more of a throaty cooing noise they were making
at each other. It was...

Pirate Cat Voyage Update #7 by
Tanada
This past week and a half has been as wonderful as any week and a half
could be. I am with my beloved lady cat, Chloe. We have watched the
moon, shared romantic dinners (even though catered by the fat wench),
purred together for Mrs. Dot, Dave G's wife, and sang in the pirate
choir together. We...

PJs for TJ by
Julie Cook
I was at Nordstrom's yesterday and as I came to the top of an escalator
and I started laughing out loud. PJs for TJs nightmares right out in
front for the world to see! Pajamas printed all over with sock
monkeys!!! Oh my, they're even on the Nordstrom front page today. If you
want to see what they...

Lester: Brief Update by
Arthur Shapiro
Not much to report. I've upped the food to 9 cc., and will try 10 tommorow.
He befouled the bed a couple times, rather than trying to get down and reach
the cat box - stained everything an intensely deep and flourescent yellow.
Maybe that's an effect of this strange liquid food. So I had to pull...

Pearl update by
Karen
Well, it is (possibly) ringworm. Actually, this a.m. it looks like the hair
is coming back. Maybe that's why they couldn't get a firm diagnosis from the
culture. They gave me some sauve to use on it for a week or two. Poor baby.
I did the drop off and won't do it again unless it's an emergency...

Case of the Found Tablets by
Gizela
As you are well aware I have been administering tablets to Gizmo for the
last week. I thought that she had been swallowing them (as she quickly
rushes to her food bowl afterwards and proceeds to eat).
ANYWAY.....last night, an hour after giving her the tablet I was checking
out her teeth (they are...

Woo Hoo, Dusty went! by
TJ and The Dust
This is a bit descriptive... :) Poop purrs worked!
Now I don't know if it was the Petramalt but The Dust has made a healthy deposit
into the Bank O' Litter!
The last time he pooped was Wednesday morning. He didn't poop in the box but
just outside of the box. I had the top of the box off then....

Pirate in his new home today ! by

I am so very happy to report that I took Pirate to his new home today, may
it be the onetruehome we all want for him!
He is now ensconced in the cat playpen in one of their spare bedrooms and it
is quite obvious that he has already ensnared his new meowmie. We let him
be out with us for about...

Constipated Dusty? by
TJ and The Dust
I think the Dust "may" be constipated. I am not sure what qualifies as
constipation in cats. He basically hasn't pooped in 3 days. He is not going to
the box and straining, he isn't complaining, he is eating and drinking very much
so normally and he is peeing about twice a day.
We had a house...

This afternoon has been fraught with hoolikitten moments.

there's no phone socket in the...

Helpful Rosie by
Annie Wxill
Hello group,
The last few months, Jim has been on a diet to lose weight and has dropped
quite a few pounds. I guess Rosie thinks he's slim enough, or just wanted
to play games with his head. The other day when Jim stepped onto the
scales, Rosie also stepped up and sat on his foot.

came back normal!! Poor baby had her blood drawn last Monday and on

blood was contaminated somehow and they needed to draw more. So on
Saturday I took Lacey back in for a blood draw and Selena in for an
allergy shot. Both girls...
