Feliway by
Michelle
Has anyone used Feliway? I have an aggressive cat who's aggression seems to
be getting worse. My other cat is the butt of the aggression. She has a
tear on eye that I am now medicating. I am not sure if the tear resulted
from a fight with the other cat or not. I heard about Feliway and...

Another mouse bites the dust.... by
TBird
Please pardon me if this is a repeat - I don't see it on my server nor any
replies....
After many days of hunting and seeking and waiting and hoping, my DH came
home from work to find that Sweetie and Joe had finally lured the mouse out
and caught it.
Unfortunately, they don't know how to kill a...

TEC OR Cali goes on a diet by
Bill Stock
Cali has been trying to lose weight for about a month. (OK, we're trying to
get Cali to lose weight and she's doing her best to stay fat). She's been
begging for food, doubling up on her meat portions (not all bad), stealing
Smokey's food and trying to get different family members to feed...

Jeanne Hedge
This is just so seasonally perfect...
They're running the Breeder's Cup series of horse races today. The top
race in the series is the Breeder's Cup Classic.
The name of the horse who won, wire-to-wire, is Ghostzapper ^_^

And furthermore..... by
Julie Cook
lol! Sorry, can you tell I'm seriously frustrated? What gave Microsoft
execs the idea that we were all stoopid hoomans that can't work our way
out of a paper bag? Or is it a test? If you can find the right button to
push to change default settings then you're smart enough to be able to
change them....

Top Ten Things a Cat thinks about by
dhelderman
1. I could have sworn I heard a can opener.
2. Is there something I'm not getting when humans make noise
with their mouths?
3. Why doesn't the government do something about dogs?
4. I wonder if Morris really liked 9-lives, or did he have
ULTERIOR motives?

Vet Tech Journals 16 by
Mischief
(Cue Mission Impossible Theme)
Ok, technicians, you have a cat that needs a lion-cut body shave and a
bath. But this cat has a VERY short temper. It is so bad that the
cat will be sedated with a cocktail of Valium and Ketamine.
Your mission, shave the cat and give it a bath BEFORE he wakes...

Up on da roof... by
jmcquown
Persia just ran and hid. Footsteps on the roof above us and then it started
raining dead pine needles next to the open window! The apartment complex
yard guys are out there mowing, sweeping and cleaning the roofs in
preparation for winter. Scares her every time. Poor baby.
And grrrr, this will...

Stolen from another group by
Yoj
I'm one of those people who use a water pistol as a tool to help train
a pet. One of the things I like best is that, if you catch the pet
doing something it shouldn't, you can reach across the room with the
water and give a firm "NO". This avoids hopping up and rushing across
the room, scaring...

If you are sensitive about animal abuse, especially to a beloved pet, don't
