A glimmer of hope... by
Fritti
Well, had some problems with the Net so I couldn't post this on the day I found it, but there was a tiny little message in the paper last Saturday about that puma on the loose. They have called in an expert from Pantera (which is kind of a shelter for big cats which had to leave their house), and...

This did not make me happy by
Fritti
There's been quite a stir down here with us in the Netherlands. There's been a puma sighted! Prowling on the loose, and responsible for a few sheep killings, this big pussycat has managed to get a twenty-people party of police on the move. And kitty has eluded them for a couple of times already....

cat litter suggesions by
[email protected]
I'm looking for suggestions for the best cat litter as far as least
messy. And by least messy I mean doesn't get tracked all over the house
as much as other kinds. I'm using VetBasis now, which seems only a bit
better than the normal kind of grocery store clumping kinds.

Ultrasonic cat repellant?? by
Ken Moiarty
Hi,
I'm interested in trying one of those ultrasonic cat repellant devices to
keep a certain person's cat from peeing in certain areas of our house.
Before I shell out the cash though, I want to be sure to choose a product
that is reliable.
These devices use a motion sensor so as to trigger the...

cemeteries by
[email protected]
This is kind of off the subject, but I once heard that there was an
actualy pet/animal cemetery somewhere in or around New Orleans. If
anyone knows anything about this, can somewhere tell me where it is,
I've searched the web and found nothing, maybe it's just a rumor.

Majesticoon by
Mognusticat
Hi,
Is anyone familiar with Majesticoon cats? I keep seeing references to them
on the internet. Having an ordinary tabby ourselves I am not so
knowledgeable about these more exotic types.

Other cat sites out there? by
Mognusticat
Hi,
How many of you have a web site dedicated to your cat or including pictures
of your beloved moggie? If you do, and you like the ramblings of this mad
moggie at http://mogular.blogspot.com then perhaps we can swap URLs on our
sites.

Electronic Cat Flaps by
Clive Backham
I know this has been discussed many times before, and I've done a
Google Groups search looking for an answer, but I'm hoping that some
very specific questions might elicit some useful extra info.
First, some background (sorry for the length). We have a Staywell 31
cat flap. This is the kind with...

escaped euthanasia. He would like to thank the nice doctor who cared for

Newbie stuff: Best value in cat foods? Dry or canned? by
Ajanta
We have sort of "adopted" a cat that visits us once or twice a day. I
wouldn't mind keeping her but she is a free spirit and I think
confinement would be a torture for her now.
Her behavior is quite aristocratic: For example one of her visits is in
the late aftrenoon. She suns on the porch, then...
