Boo Got Her Stitches Out by cybercat
and a clean bill of health. I'm to give her a monthly breast exam, the vet did it with her standing up. She agreed that in her experience 80% or better of mammary tumors are malignant--she thinks because so many people feel them but let them go, thinking they will go away. So folks, feel up...

Boo Update--IT'S BENIGN!!!!! by cybercat
Dr. Lewis just called, and I am beside myself. NOW I can definitely cry and throw fits, but happy ones. We caught it so early there is no sign of cancer. It IS a mammary tumor after all, but it is benign. She said they do change and it might have changed over time, so we just have to watch...

Boo's Boobie Update by cybercat
She is definitely tired of being felt up. :) No new lumps, but I am wondering how long the incision will feel like it still has stitches in it. (I know it doesn't because I watched them take them out.)

Got up this morning to find about 6 - 8" of dental floss hanging out of Boots' butt. I trimmed all but 1" of it off so it wouldn't snag on anything and get pulled. Should the rest come out tomorrow when he does his morning constitutional? Is there anything I should give him to help it on it's...

Bootsie the cat passed away yesterday at about 11am EST at only 2 years old. Apparently she begun to have difficulty breathing, she went into a seizure or stroke as one pupil was dialated and the other was not. Right now we can only speculate as to what happened, and even the vet is not...
