Anybody here ever TASTE cat food? by [email protected]
I've tasted Deli Cat. It ain't too bad. The sandwhich on the package makes it look so appealing. I also used to eat Gaines Burgers as a kid. They are pretty good. But the we food looks gross, no matter HOW similar it looks and smells to Dinty Moore beef stew. T

Help me out by Loving Pets
I currently have 2 dogs. The younger one is neutered. The older one which we just picked up is not neutered and is constantly trying to mate my younger female dog. This old dog always ends up being badly bitten up. I understand that the older dog cannot be neutered and, on top of that, this old dog...

Are there "hot" cats and dogs to other cats and dogs? by [email protected]
I know this sounds weird. But let's say you have a male cat. And then 2 female cats show up. One is just like a plain gray cat with short fur, nothing distinctive about it. Then the other cat is like a white long-haired cat, with a bow in her hair and a pretty collar, and maybe a colored tip on...

Cats Health - Do they know what we are feeling? by [email protected]
I believe cats are very sensitive to how we feel. They know when we are not well and are always there to comfort us. They are there when we need a friend just the look in their eyes tells us that they understand us. I have 2 adorable Tabby cats that I have written a blog about at...

Underground radio type fences by Zy
Recently moved from a rural home to a suburban home about 1 year ago. My 2 cats previously had an indoor-outdoor lifestyle. Ever since the move they've both been bored and depressed while living indoors only. One of them (a 5 year old) is now unhealthily bony. So I'd like to enable them to go...

20 yr old cat suddenly stops using litter box by Lighthope
We have a 20 year old cat, Midnight, who has stopped using the litter box to urinate. She still uses it to go number two, but not number one. We know that Midnight knows she is doing wrong. If we happen to be looking at her at the time, she will look at us defiantly, hiss, then squat and...

Holly's 13th annifursary by MaryL
Tomorrow (Nov. 24) is the 13th annifursary of the day I adopted Holly. She is very special - my little shadow, my loving companion, and Duffy's "big sister" for the last 4½ years. Her name when I adopted her had been Jinx, so-named because she is solid black and therefore supposedly "bad...

Is your pussy a good cordless foot-warmer? by James
What does it do when you stick your icy cold feet under its toasty warm stomach? It's nice when my pussy warms up the foot of the bed. Some times she doesn't mind when I stick me feet under her.

Renal-insufficiency ...diet? by Lee[_3_]
My cat, now getting older (~16) has been prescribed a 'kidney-friendly' diet by my vet, to help extend kidney lifetime. The Hills K/D dried food she took to quickly, and eats that no problem. But the various wet-food veterinary types that I've tried, she really dislikes; i.e. Hills K/D...
