Desperate Purrs needed by Helen Miles
Sorry to do this folks, but Pandora needs some serious purrs. She got out late yesterday afternoon (she's indoor only) and we haven't been able to find her. The weather was appalling last night, and she has gone missing. Please, please could she have some get home soon purrs and for...

Pandora UPDATE by Helen Miles
We've located Pandora. I recieved a call from my vet telling me that she had been brought in as an RTA as she was found on the side of the road at about 9am by an elderly good samaritan. She is alive, with nothing broken, but is bruised, battered and shaken and she has torn some muscles in her back...

Vigil. by Helen Miles
Pandora's home - I picked her up a while ago. She's asleep (exhausted) in her thick comfy bed in my study. All 4 of the other cats are in the meatloaf position, purring in a circular vigil around her. Quite unbelieveable if I didn't see it myself with my own eyes. Helen M --

Mommy!Mommymommymommy!!!! by Helen Miles
Lily almost became ex-Lily this morning. At 5am (on a Sunday) she decided that it was breakfast time and that she was going to jump on my head, HRFL's head, Robbies head (BIG MISTAKE!) and Cleo (all of whom were asleep on my bed) to try and get someone up to give her wet gooshy food for...

Back to TED ::sigh:: by Helen Miles
We were back at the TED this evening. HRFL has had a tummy bug and has been *off* for a few days. It turns out that he has colitis, and possibly a little bit of pancreitis.:o( He's had something to ease the pain, and he seems to feel better, but some purrs for a quick recovery would be gratefully...

****ty Kitty by Helen Miles
I swear that Lily is a dog. She's been pottering out in the garden this evening and she's found something to roll in. She STINKS, but I am most certainly not going to attempt to give her a bath. Washing the crap off her feet was bad enough. ;o) Helen M (with a peg on her nose) -- Posted via...

She did it again...little minx... by Helen Miles
I've just walked into the kitchen, to find Pandora coming *IN* through the cat flap. It seems that even though the flap is quite a complicated one, and on *IN only* (and bearing in mind that the other cats can't work it properly unless it's set to the right setting for the direction they want to...

Update Pandora. by Helen Miles
Pandora got checked again by her vet this evening as she is still hideously lame. He believes that she has infact either torn or ruptured her cruciate ligament in her left knee. :o( My little girl has stuffed herself up good. We have to wait for another few weeks, to see how it goes, and then she...

Another Andrea Fuller update... by Helen Miles
Sorry I didn't post about this earlier, I've been mega busy. On Saturday, I saw/caught up with Andrea Fuller. I have to say, although she's not in brilliant health, she is still the same feisty, funny lady she always has been. Bright and cheerful and in good spirits. She says hello to everyone,...

Please wish us luck....! by Helen Miles
Please could my company, Dark Tiger, have some good luck purrs? As you may know, I've been setting up a Production Company for a while. We currently have a few *major* plans in the pipeline, and this week is *crunch* time for 3 main projects we've been working on (for what seems like forever,...

Ferals always suprise you... by Helen Miles
I've been introducing another new dog into the house these last 2 weeks as I'm looking after him for a few months for my friend. A great big 18 month old black labrador called Shadow. Inital reaction from the cats was "oh f*ck, a big dog" and everyone ran scared. He's been confined to the kitchen...

Miss Whiskers update Friday by Helen Miles
She saw the vet this morning, and it turns out that part of the problem last night was probably a bout of colic from the fact that she was wormed this week. She has different antibiotics and has also been sent homw with some pain killers to keep her comfortable. She's obviously feeling a bit...

I hate to do this, but by Helen Miles
Please could I have some purrs for me? The Cats are all fine, but today things suddenly went from *quite ****ty*, to *REALLY, REALLY ****ty* on a financial front and unless I can resolve things quickly things are going to fall apart in a very spectacular style. :o(( Purrs and prayers to get this...

Purrs for those who need them... :o) by Helen Miles
I have 2 cats (Cleo and Lily) meatloafing on my desk. They would both like everyone to know that they are currently purring and meatloafing for anyone who needs it. Me, OTOH, could do with them meatloafing somewhere else. I'm trying to do paperwork, and they've both decided that the exact pile of...

Emergency purrs please... by Helen Miles
Please could HRFL have some emergency purrs? He sneaked out of the house this evening without me knowing and was chased by the neighbours dog. He has now gone missing and despite looking for the last 2 hours we can't find him anywhere. I am absolutely distraught. Please, please send good thoughts...

He's HOME! by Helen Miles
He's a very, very spooked little boy and very jumpy, but we (as in my brother and I) eventually found HRFL under the brambles in the lane at the back of my house unharmed although shaken. As a black cat, Thank Bast I had the sense to put a reflective collar on him, as it was the reflection being...

Andrea Fuller Update by Helen Miles
Well, I FINALLY got hold of Andrea and spoke to her this afternoon, after employing some lateral thinking tactics and roping in a couple of friends to make some checks in odd places for me. Her updates are, that she's not in brilliant health, although she is OK and fine, but part of her problems...

Further Pandora update (tuesday) by Helen Miles
Pandora and I went back to see TED this evening. I needed to talk through all the options with him regarding her cruciate ligament injury and I needed him to explain exactly what she had done and how it would get fixed. Thank you all for your offers of support and purrs, they have helped a lot. I...
