TuTu celebrating her 12th birthday by
MLB
She was found wandering on a major state road starving when she was a
couple of months old. She was taken to a shelter medicated and spayed.
She was eventually put up for adoption. I found her at Petsmart and
she was judged to be six to eight month's old. We chose April 1st to
celebrate...

I Sat on My Cat! by
jmcquown[_2_]
Buffy's fine. :) The weather has been delightful for a few days, temps
in the 70's, windows open. I was on the couch reading and had a light
throw over my legs. Buffy was on the back of the couch looking out the
window. I got up to do something. Little did I know Buffy had decided
to curl...

Cats in prison by

From No House to the Big House
Chesterfield, Virginny (Times-Dispatch) -- Katrina lies on the ground next
to her brother Phillippe, staring off into the distance. The storm for which
she was named has robbed her of everything - including her owner, who
committed suicide in the devastating aftermath...

OT Economics by
ScratchMonkey
Being a math geek, I found this site really impressive with all the charts
and explanations of the current crises:
http://www.calculatedriskblog.com/
It seems to have a lot more useful info than the fluff I see in the paper
and certainly much better than TV coverage.

Problem with Basho by
Victor Martinez
Well, not what you think, Basho is fine. The problem is when I work from
home. Basho *has* to be as close to my chest as possible. Right now he's
standing between me and the keyboard, making typing difficult. I need to
somehow fit a cat bed between me and the keyboard or perhaps get one of
those...

Toad Suck Arkansas by
Tanada
For those who joined our merry little band of the feline owned since
last July, let me briefly tell you the history of this upcoming event.
Last spring, Sherry R. mentioned that she and her husband were driving
down I-40 in Arkansas and saw an exit sign for a place called Toad Suck
Arkansas. ...

You don't suppose someone is "practicing"? Wierd. Are the cats pets? I'd
sure have them tested for diseases now.

Red dot junkie by
Joy[_3_]
I've created a red dot junkie! I was buying some things at the Dollar
Tree the other day. While I was standing in the checkout line, I
noticed some little laser pointers. I used to have one years ago, and
one of my RB cats was crazy about it, so I bought one to see how my
current cats would...

Eye Cream: Believe It Or Not? by
[email protected]
Does eye cream really work? While we cannot say for every brand out
there, but what we do know is that many do, in fact they help you lose
those crows feet and help provide you with more skin tone that you can
be proud of. What most people do not know, though, is that eye cream
works because of...

NOT a non-event by
Marina
Some time ago I posted about Miranda's annual check-up, which went
without a hitch, so I called it a non-event. Well, today it was
Caliban's turn to go, and this was a whole nother kettle of fish.
Miranda meekly walks into her carrier when I carry her over to it.
Caliban fights tooth and...

Thanks!

*MY* cat would *never* do that by
Mark Edwards
For years, I have told people how well behaved my cats are.
We've never had problems with the cats reaching into our plates, and
they have often waited patiently, if very closely, for samples of our
food.
While Presto (RB) used to get on the table to inspect (and often
spill) Senyah's water...
