Q for PhilP cat shelves by Juls
Hey Phil, I'm going to go to Lowes either tomorrow or Friday to get a sheet of MDF (3/4 inch) for another project I'm doing (building a desk). The sheet they have is 4' by 8' so I'll have a lot of MDF left over. First, do you think MDF would be okay to use for the cat wall shelves? I know there's...

Calcium Oxalate stone - can't remove by Mike S.
The vet told me that my cat has a calcium oxalate stone but that it's located in a place where they cannot perform surgery. They're just gonna have to wait and see what happens with it and keep an eye on it. I can't remember the location of the stone but I think it was above or around the colon....

jasmine's dirty bum by meee
Hi all...more jasmine questions and thanks for your patience. Jasmine has had a really dirty rear end lately; not feces sticking to her, just black dust, I'm supposing from the litter. I use a litter made from plant material, it is dark green and smells like grass, and it appears to be from this....

Question about cat behaviour by Wilson Roberto Afonso
Hello all, A quick question... we've been living with a cat for the last five months (he's nine months old now). He has quite a few toys, his favourite being a plush mouse that's tied to a 2-feet-long piece of string (so that we can pull it around). For the last 10 days or so, in every single...

Tortie by Rhonda
I know that feeling -- going out for a walk and the sweetest cat in the world tries to follow you home... I think she's probably well-loved by someone. Maybe you'll next find a scrawny, needy stray that wants you. You can take that one home. :) Rhonda Diane wrote:

Cloudy Eye in one eyed Cat by [email protected]
If money is a problem, then see if there is a vet school nearby. Sounds like a difficult problem so they might treat for free. The problem here is the possible incompetence of the students and even the professors themselves - so ask questions. And remember all those bad graduated vets learn their...
