Looks like people are trying to get a head start on either St. Pats Day, or
Easter cooking.

Grandma Baskett's Pumpkin Pie
1 1/2 cup pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon melted butter.

Mix ingredients, put in pie shell. Cook at 425 degrees F. for 15 minutes
and 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.

Enjoy.
