Is this true about Iams?
well, all foods have some fat/calories in them -- the fats are what make
them tasty most cats can eat iams and not gain weight. However, some cats cannot regulate themselves very well...so its up to us humans to give them their daily ration(preferably broken up over multiple feedings) so you can still feed iams original in smaller amounts if you are concerned with its weight, or switch to iams light Wei Weng wrote: I am giving my cats Iams's original (different flavor each week), but I heard from a friend that Iam's has a lot of fat/calories that can easily make your cat overweight and the obesity can grow into health problem later in their lives. Is the part about Iam's true? What kind of dry food do you guys use for your cats? Thanks! Wei |
