Some programmer futzed around with Facebook again, didn't they? All of a
sudden I'm getting emails about every little thing posted from everyone in
the rpca FB group. How do I turn this stuff off?!

While in r.p.c.a. look below the photos of everybody at the top and you'll
click "notifications"
click "email settings"
scroll to "all notifications"
under groups, unclick "posts or comments in one of your groups"
click save changes

My solution is simply to avoid Facebook altogether!

Same here. I went in and changed the instructions BACK to no mail from
Facebook.
