Revolution w/o prescription?

Frontline has quit working for us. No effect at all. No, it's not out of
date. Maybe the fleas became immune.

Is it possible to get Revolution with no prescription? If so, where? I can't
afford both the meds AND a vet visit for all nine cats... and no vet will
prescribe Revolution for large dogs, to a cat.

The usual source for flea stuff: DeadFleaz.com

At the bottom of the page it says "DISPENSED FROM A JURISDICTION IN WHICH
A PRESCRIPTION IS NOT REQUIRED."
