In da eevnin on Munday, Meowmie wented owt da bak dor an leeved me home awl alone until da nextest afternoon. When she kamed bak, herown sisfur Katy wuz wif her. Katy stayed a little, den lefted an den kamed bak agin fur a liddle wile. Wile she wuz heer, she taked kare of sum of my own stufz, stufz dat iz Meowmie's sponsabilitee! When Meowmie was changin clothez, I saw dat she has three holez in herown tummy -- hoo did dat to Meowmie??? Fur da next kupple of daze, I didn't get dat yucky meddysin or git poked wif needulz.. Den last nite, I got da meddysin agin. I gess fingz iz bak to normal. Fooey.

[Hoomin note: On Monday evening, I went to the emergency room. A CAT scan showed that I had appendicitis, so I had an emergency laparoscopic appendectomy. My sister Katy made two round trips from about 80 miles away to help me and drive me home. I'm recovering well.]
