Cat has scabs on his back

Sorry I didn't see this before. My cat is allergic to carbs. His back breaks
out if he eats carbs. Try putting your cat on a NO carb diet and see if they
go away.

Temptations for Hairballs and/or Cat Lax will not cause dehydration if

16 yr. old cat constantly throwing up

Along with checking the thyroid, I would also wonder if she has
hairballs. As they age, they lack the ability to get rid of them. I
would highly suggest using Temptations for Hairballs or Cat Lax...

15 isn't old for a cat these days. Yes take it to the vet now - it
could be as simple as a thyroid problem, which is very common and can
be controlled - expecially if caught early - or kidney...

Do other cats know a cat is dying?

My vet has told me that they do know when another kitty in the
household is ill. Usually they will not be kind to the sick kitty -
survival of the pack - they try to run off the sick one. Sometimes...

Should I spank my cat?

Your cat is urinating inside because he has a problem - bladder
infection, etc. Take him to the doctor. This is his way of telling
you he is sick. Spanking does nothing but make the cat fearful...

Canned food

How old is your cat? Has she been tested for having hyperthyroidism?
Does she go outside? It seems would be odd for Fancy Feast to be
creating this problem. I would look for something else. Does...

Easy way to apply Cat ear and eye medicine??

Get the cat to your level, not the cat's level. IE - put the cat on
the kitchen counter. You don't need the towel - that only makes it

Make sure you have a positive mind set. I think cats...

My thoughts on this, after losing our first cat to renal failure at
age 16 back in 1979, is dry food.

that died of renal failure...

Kitty doesn't take to strangers

You already know the answer to your question - they were visiting
before and she didn't do well. It isn't going to change - you were
told that when you got her.
