Default What does this mean, do you think? (nonverbal communication)

I understand that cats communicate mostly nonverbally, and understand
much of Meep's body language, after years of living with her. I just
noticed a new one, and not sure what it means.

It's a stare, quick head shake, then look away.

Watch her right after I say "no".

This is an old video. I didn't even note that it was a meaningful
behavior, until a couple of mornings ago. She was out of food, but I
don't feed her till after my shower. I was standing in the bathroom
when she came to the doorway, stared at me for a moment, then did that
little headshake, looked away then wandered off. It looked very
deliberate, and immediately reminded me of the little video.

Any thoughts on what she's trying to say?
