New accquitnaces are surprised I have no kids at my age.
When they found out I am single, they ask why I am not married.
They said I must be too picky etc etc.
Why do I have to explain my singlehood?
Do married couples got asked why they are married to their spouses?

Oh, I've actually been told that I need to LOWER MY STANDARDS if I
ever want to find a man! Hah! I love that one.
