Hi and thanks!
Yes, we should get another sensitivity test back today. He's been on
so many drugs in his life that---well, it's not good. I was hoping
there might be something amid the articles on Feline HIV and cancer
about some kind of immune system boosting we could do. Of course it
doesn't look like there's a lot of consensus. Ack.I'm going to ask our
vet to check with the specialists at the clinic where Sammy had his
operation---internists, oncologists and holistic vets among them---see
if someone has an idea. I'm willing to try multiple things as long as
they don't fight the drugs or harm him in any way, obviously

I wish I could give you more of an answer--you might want to try calling
Cornell University Veterinary consult service. *It costs $55. *Here's their
website: *www.vet.cornell.edu/fhc/camuti.htm

Hope this helps. *I've never used it but have heard from other people that
it's a really service.

Good luck with your cat--it's so worrysome when they're sick.

Bonnie

Hi Bonnie,
Nice to see you around )

I hate it when I don't understand what something means, especially
when it concerns my cat's. Would you mind explaining what a
Pseudomonas is please?

I can see that it has something to do with being antibiotic resistant,
but I still don't understand the term itself.. I would be most
grateful if you could enlighten me please?
TIA,
