Newbie questions about canned food:

If I open a can but only use part of it, how long can the
unused portion be saved refridgerated?

How long can the uneaten canned food be left in the
bowl (room temperature) before it is best to discard it?

For those times when the cat eats very little, can the uneaten
food from the bowl be saved for later? If so is it ok to put
it back in the original can or should it be kept separately
from the truly unused portion?

When you get down to it, think about what is in it.

I'd rather not! Eew!

(Remember that lady who found a finger in her chili from Wendys?)
and this was people food.

That was a hoax, btw.

I don't even like to think about what is in some of OUR food.

ITA. I am not adventurous with food at all. If i know there is something
in it that I don't like I wont touch it. So, if i really knew what was
in some of the stuff we eat, I'd probably starve!
