That's too complex a problem to diagnose via Internet. You need to get
the cat to the vet IMMEDIATELY! Symptoms like that can be due to
something as simple as a bad inner ear infection, or as severe as
poisoning or neurological disease. It's imperative that the vet sees
your cat right away.
