I bought a special pot of cat grass for Persia and it's about 5 inches
tall now. She has sniffed at it but she won't eat it. I'm not sure
if this is because she knows not to eat my other couple of houseplants
and thinks she'll get in trouble if she does or maybe she just doesn't
like cat grass. I'll give it another few days and then if she doesn't
like it I'll toss it, I guess.


Have you put it near her food dish?

I got a very nice pot of daffodils for Easter, but Doc tried to eat them
the minute I brought them through the door. Yesterday he managed to
climb all the way up to the high shelf I'd put them on, so I took them
out and gave them to my neighbor, a great gardener. He doesn't speak
English, though, so I went to babelfish to find the Spanish for 'These
are for you. With me, they die, with you, they live.' :-)
