Yes, I just read an article about that. Just as with human beings, cats

without
much pigment in their skin are more prone to melanomas, especially in

areas
without much fur--the ears and around the face. Doesn't have to be a white
cat--just any cat with pink skin in the more exposed areas.


mine was a ginger moggie he didn't have much hair on his ears, my vet said I
should use it
