Does neutering a cat change it's personality ?

Yes.

He won't spray your furniture, shoes, clothing, walls, etc. etc.

He won't go out and get in fights with other male cats, coming home with
terrible infected wounds, requiring VERY expensive emergency surgery.

He won't be constantly trying to 'get outside', so he can mate, and get
in fights with other male cats, and then coming home with terrible
infected wounds, requiring VERY expensive emergency surgery.

If he gets out, he will be less likely to travel long distances from
your home, looking for females to mate with.

This means he's less likely to get hit by a car, or a punk with a
baseball bat, or some redneck with a rifle or shotgun.

He will tend to stay close to home, or will be very happy being an
'indoor cat', and won't be outdoors picking up fleas, ticks, mange,
round worms, flat worms, liver and lung flukes, hookworms, tapeworms,
FIP FIV, toxoplasmosis, and all the other nasty diseases that will KILL
your cat.

So: neuter your cat NOW!!!

He will be a MUCH happier cat, and will be a much better companion to
you. And will live a much longer, and MUCH healthier life!
