It is a beautiful Halloween night in the Adirondacks. Hobbes and
Captain Midnight have chosen to celebrate their bewinking on top of
Cat Mountain. Cat Mountain is in the southwestern part of the
Adirondack Park, not too far from where Hobbes lives in Waddington
NY. The mountain has a large open area at the top where Buster has
set up the portable teleporter. The view is spectacular, as there
are few houses or other sources of light nearby. All you can see
from the peak are lakes, trees, and at night -- a sky full of stars.
There is no moon tonight, and the stars are plentiful. Hobbes'
friends and family have brought lanterns and candles to help light
the area and to give it a romantic atmosphere.

Kitties start to arrive, most via teleporter and helecopter, while
many of the younger kitties are climbing to the top. A buffet is
laid out on tables near the edge of the clearing with a large variety
of foods and beverages and the kitties help themselves. A feline
orchestra warms up and the choir soon joins them in preparation for
the festivities.

Soon, Hobbes arrives, resplendent in her finery. She is wearing a
beautiful diamond collar that was a gift to Mrs Wiggles from her
winkwink, Merlin the Philosocat RB. The collar sparkles in the
candlelight. Hobbes is also wearing a veil made from material that
her mother wore at her wedding.

As the guests continue to arrive and visit with each other, Hobbes
and her attendents busy themselves taking care of the last minute
details while they await the arrival of the celebrants and Captain
Midnight.
