The flippers have a ball with their game of chase then the
smallest one inches in with Daisy-chan while a medium baby
flipper curls in with Cash. The hoods keep them from drying out
and Cash and Iowna don't mind wet legs.

A mommie flipper occasionally brings a mouthful of water to the
little baby and for once, Daisy-chan doesn't mind getting a little
wet.

A mexi-cat brings over a plate set in ice and in a bowl by
Francesca, full of tuna. He looks out at Cash snoozing with a
baby flipper and sets up a tray of shucked oysters, fingerling
fish, and smoked duck. Then looking to Iowna, he sets up an iced
place of fingerling fish, scallops, romaine and endive lettuce,
and some nibbles of her special diet food.

As they wait for the guests to have a siesta, they take a short
break and play with the adult flippers and bring out foods.

The day lingers on.

Francesca stirs from her nap, roused by the magical smell of tuna.
After wolfing down every last morsel, she looks around and spots the
staff cats playing with the flippers. She remembers hearing about a
diving cat, so she figures "What the heck, if Jocko can do it, so
can I!" She uses her boundless kitten energy to streak toward the
surf, and at the last minute she launches herself as high as she
can go and splashes down into the sea.

She surfaces moments later a sputters a bit, then thinks "This isn't
too bad. No worse than playing in the shower at home!". She paddles
toward the adult flippers, and is surprised when one rises out of
the water directly below her. She finds herself riding on the
dolphin's back, jumping through waves and playing tag with the
others. Francesca decides this is a lot more fun than having to
paddle slowly around in a float to play with the babies!

FtF takes advantage of approaching waves to leap as high as she can
and make as big a splash as she can when she lands. The adult
flippers take turns surfacing under her and giving her rides. They
play energetically for 10 or 15 minutes, then Francesca realizes
that she's worn out and curls up atop her host. The flipper takes
her to shallow water to allow her to dismount. When she's back on
the beach, Francesca bows to her hosts and meows her thanks. She
then returns to her beach umbrella and falls into again into a deep
sleep.

Daisy-chan wakens to a baby flipper making sounds and nuzzling her
breasts. The baby is hungry and a mommie flipper is floating beside
her. With a grin, she helps the little one to the water.

Cash also wakes as a little flipper seems to be looking for where to
go pee and helps him out then it calls to his sister who carefully
shifts to the ocean from Iowna's raft.

The Mexi-cats see everyone is awake and bring out the food on floats.
Cash spys mini floats on the beach and eyes one in HOT PINK and heads
over. He's not bashful. He likes Pink ok? He snags one in green for
Iowna and one in orange for Daisy-chan and brings them back with him.
Shortly they are all playing in the water with basically water wings
as the mexi-cats bring food on floats and they take turns flipping
bits to one another.

Soon it gets loud and Francesca wakes to see shucked oysters,
fingerling fish, and ducky bits flying from mouth to mouth. One of
the Mexi-cats is setting up a waterball net while another blows up a
big ball. There's a pile of various waterwing sets on the shore in
many colors. She heads over to a particularily pretty one...

Iowna and all have a fine time playing with the flippers and each other
but as night falls, they head back for home. Cash and Iowna were on
opposite teams matched with flippers and each won 2 games.

The winning move was Cash noting a baby flipper heading to a ball and
him zipping under to raise him up for a mega score! Bopped it right
over the line and on his MOm's head! She was breathing in just then so
it stuck but she got sneaky and blew it off right back at Cash who
fumbled the ball. Ah well!

Iowna is now 14 and probably offically our eldest doggie. In cat
terms, she is someplace around 20-21.
