Absolutely! I mean, it's one thing if you have one of those unique
cats who loves water, but from all the signs (flat ears and whatnot),
sounds like this kitty was going through sheer *hell*.


Although as someone on another group just pointed out, it's hard to get cats
to do much of anything they don't want to do. And I know it's almost
impossible to get a cat near a *sink* of water when they don't want to be,
so I would imagine if that kitty didn't really want to be there, (s)he would
be desperately trying to get away, even if that meant frantically falling
off the board. It's just so hard to know unless you know the person and the
cat....I keep realizing lately that, in my protective mode, I do tend to get
a bit judgemental. Ah, well, we live and we learn (hopefully).... :}
