There is a link to a video, if you can stand to watch it, it shows some
pictures taken from the shelter. I have seen worse (puppy/kitten mills,
for example), but still.... they are the enforcers of the laws that they
are breaking!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry, I can't watch the video. But shame on these people!!!
I hope things improve there. Poor animals
