ok guys to let you know......... these are not my cats...... one of my
friends have them..... we live in Pakistan..... here its really hard
to get a good vet..... we have either no vets or some government
hospitals in big cities (its even harder to find any cat specialist
there)...... so whenever we encounter any problem regarding pets
"internet" is our only source...... we friends have made a group so tat
we share our problem regarding health of pets..... if the vet is unable
to diagnose we search for cure on the net ......... i hope u
understand.... by the way i will gather up ur suggestions and post them
to my friend..... so plzz if anyone is a vet here or able to help.....
plzzzz don`t make fun of us and try to help us

If you can get a hold of regular cat food, that will really help. Are these
cats neutered?
Do you have any way of getting veterinary medication? I would not normally
recommend medicating without seeing a vet, but if that's impossible, then
you may have to. If you can get a medication called Clavamox, that will
help if it is a urinary tract infection.
