lost weight. I do not see her at windows. I suspect she is being
detained in a way that will make sure I cannot see her. My concern
is that (again) this will not be treated, ( he ignores my email
about it) and that may be a friction injury to the both sides of her
face from a behavioural problem,, or even from attenpting to escape
from whereever she is kept

It appears quite different to the flea allergy and when that was at
its apex these new symptoms were not apparent. I saw her the last
2 weekends and it has got worse.

Any ideas as to the possible cause of this problem. Its on both sides

I have seen some of your other messages concerning this situation, and it
sounds like there is now a real personality conflict (at least on the part
of your neighbor). I doubt if your neighbor is going to permit you to take
his cat to the vet again, but it seems clear from the photos that the cat
should be examined. Therefore, is there any way that you could convince
your neighbor to let you adopt the cat? For example, could you offer to buy
the cat and explain how fond you are of her. Don't even try to explain that
the cat needs more medical care because it seems that this only annoys this
person...you would have to approach this very diplomatically to avoid
antagonizing your neighbor still further.
