Are you worried that the cats may fall off the balcony? My windows
have screens, I am worried that Rusty may push too hard when trying
to catch the insects outside that he would fall off the window. I am on the
15th floor so it is a long way down. Good thing my balcony is enclosed
and has a window to let the fresh air in.
