When anyone knocks on the door both girls take off for the bedroom -
not to hide but to look out the window which has a perfect view of the
door. If it's someone they know and like, they come back and greet the
visitors. Otherwise LB stays in the bedroom and Sammy sits in the
bedroom doorway and observes. If Rocky happens to be inside, he sits
about three feet from the door and usually darts out as soon as it's
opened. There's only a couple people he sticks around to greet.

For those times they want to hide, Sammy's current hideout is under
the bedspread, and LB's is under the bed - though she sometimes just
goes under the bed and naps for the heck of it. Rocky doesn't really
have a hideout inside, guess he stills feels safer outside.
