My mum has two spraying males that spray her back porch. Her cat is 11

Use a Havahart trap and trap them. Take them to a low cost spay neuter
facility and have them fixed and shots. Release them back into the
environment. In six weeks, they'll no longer be very stinky, even if they do
still spray some.
