That says it's for dogs 89 lbs to 100 something pounds! It would be
dangerous to use that on a cat.

Not if you measure it out. I've been buying in the largest size for
years, at my vet. They give me the syringes to measure it with and
provide a sticker for the box showing the correct dosage for my cats
and dog. I usually give them less than that.
