Oh fer gawdsake! Are there no mental health programs for the people
who would put a disabled pet in a stroller and showcase their
foolishness to the public? Good grief.

There actually are dogs (and cats) around who enjoy a jaunt outdoors
with their owners. If the dog (or cat) is no longer able to walk
comfortably due to arthritis, hip displasia or whatever, but still
enjoys "walks", there's nothing wrong with using a stroller.
