Default The winking begins

"Community Cats" .
[After watching the newlywinked walk down the aisle, everycat heads for
the reception area.

Since Sundance's equipment is set up right at the edge of the reception
area, he doesn't have to go very far to get the music set up. Within
moments music is rolling out the speakers and cats are hitting the buffet
line. Quite a few cats appear to be ready to dance. The bridecat and
groomcat see this, so they take to floor.

Sundance takes up his microphone:
"Ok, my friends, we are ready for the newly winked couple to take their
first dance together. When the second song starts, feel free to cut in to
dance with the couple. Our first song will be 'Love Me Tender'."

Ohhhh, thank you Sundance says Mosey

Mosey gently takes his bride Meowy in his arms and holds her close and
whispers sweet things in her ear.
They seem lost in each other.

He positions the microphone next to his keyboard, adjusts his seat, then
plays the intro. He sings "Love me tender, love me sweet, never let me
go...". As he plays and sings the couple dance, seemingly ablivious to
the world around them. Every watches them dance, and almost everycat is
misty-eyed by the time the song ends.

That's because we are so in love, says Mosey and keeps on slow dancing
with Meowy

Sundance then loads a CD into the
player, and "Blue Moon of Kentucky" plays next. Harri and OT are the
first to break in to the newlywinked's dance.

Meowy gives OT a kiss on his forehead and Mosey gives Harri a kiss on her
forehead

The first few songs
Sundance plays are bluegrass favorites (you haven't lived until you've
seen a couple of kitties dancing to "Foggy Mountain Breakdown").

Mosey notices that Meowy has taken her train off so she could dance with her
white muumuu off. She has carefully packed it in a box and put it in one of
the huts. Good thinking,, my sweet Meowy.

The music then settles into standard Wedwink fare, and there seems to
about equal numbers of cats at the buffet and on the dance floor.

Mosey: This is all SOOOOO fun. Let me know when you want some food
sweetheart , and we can eat.
