If mandatory neutering was the law, vets would have no choice.... (health
permitting).

If they altered a champion dog that was part of a breeding
program, there would be a major lawsuit.



Vets would be protected by the law.... Btw, breeders are not very high on my
list of priorities.... In fact, they're not even on it....
