LOL! Good point! For Christmas I'm roasting a small pork tenderloin
seasoned with rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt & pepper, and small red
potatoes. The veggie will be steamed brussels sprouts with a little grated
Vermont cheddar cheese sprinkled over the top.
