Default Licky is starting to forgive me...

For smearing the back of his neck with Advantage yesterday. (The other
two had their turn, too, but they get over things like that pretty
fast.) He was Not At All Happy that I grabbed him, grasped the back of
his neck (not to hold him, just to keep him calm), and brought him
into the bathroom so he couldn't get away, while I squirted that
unspeakably foul-smelling liquid on his beautiful fur!

He's been playing with me today, but then he'll suddenly remember
what I did, and will shoot me a glare of death and dash off to a hiding
spot.

But what could I do? They were all starting to scratch a lot. Smudge
goes out and brings back passengers, who are overjoyed to find a Land
of Plenty full of warm-blooded, fur-covered bodies.

Besides, Licky has a hot date this weekend. He certainly can't entertain
his sweetheart covered with fleas! Don't worry, KFC, he'll be de-flea'ed
by then, and the Advantage smell will be gone too.
